Lisa has been involved in the financial services industry for more than 25 years. She is experienced in working collaboratively across all areas of the business to accomplish goals and provide exceptional client service. Lisa joined Paul Provencher and Baystate in 2012, where her primary duties were to support the advisors of the practice and deliver a world-class customer service level to the clients of the practice. Lisa joined our Baystate Financial Worcester Team in 2019 and is our first line of communication in our Holyoke, MA Office. She currently assists Paul Provencher and James McLaughlin in their day to day operations and has been an interictal part of our service model since.
Lisa is a lifetime resident of Southwick, MA. She enjoys living near the lakes, working around her home and yard, and spending time with her family; especially her three young grandchildren.
